OneTechUK are pleased to announce the successful delivery of a full-scale IT integration project following the acquisition of Waldrons Solicitors by NBB Law.
Having supported NBB Law for over six years, OneTechUK were engaged ahead of the acquisition to assess and review the existing IT infrastructure across Waldrons’ offices in the Midlands. The challenge was to ensure a smooth, secure and structured transition bringing together two established firms with different systems, processes and technological environments.
The project began with a comprehensive audit of Waldrons’ IT estate, covering case management systems, telephony, infrastructure and cybersecurity. Our team carried out on-site visits across multiple locations to gain a full understanding of how systems were being used day to day and to identify key areas for integration.
A detailed project plan was developed to support the migration of various systems into NBB Law’s hosted desktop environment. Alongside this, telephony systems were updated to ensure seamless communication across the newly combined firm, and enhanced security measures were implemented to support compliance and protect client data.
The result is a modern, unified IT environment that enables teams across all offices to work consistently and securely, regardless of location or department.
With a combined team of over 150 staff, including 70 solicitors across eight office locations, ensuring continuity for both staff and clients was a key priority. The transition was delivered with minimal disruption, allowing the firm to continue operating effectively throughout the integration.
